Brass is a metal alloy of copper and zinc and a great sustainable jewelry option. Brass does develop a patina, but can always be brought back to life with polishing. We add 24K Gold-Plating to some of our brass pieces for a reduced tarnish rate and longer wearability without needing to polish.
