Retail Associate (Part-Time, Seasonal) – Solana Beach

Location: Solana Beach, CA
Schedule: Part-time, afternoon and weekend hours
Seasonal Availability: Summer with potential to extend through holiday season

Our Solana Beach store offers a welcoming, stylish space for our community to shop in person, discover our pieces, and connect with the brand.

We’re looking for a friendly and reliable Retail Associate to join our team in Solana Beach for the summer season, with the opportunity to extend into the holiday season if available. This role is perfect for someone who loves fashion, enjoys helping customers find pieces that fit their personal style, and is comfortable and confident meeting new people.

Responsibilities:

• Provide an engaging, high-touch customer experience in-store
• Assist customers with styling and product recommendations
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently
• Opening and closing the store
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment
• Restock products and ensure the store is well-presented at all times
• Support in-store events and promotions as needed
• Represent the Natalie Borton Designs brand with enthusiasm and professionalism

What We’re Looking For:

• Friendly, customer-focused attitude with a love for personal style and accessories
• Retail or customer service experience preferred, but not required
• Availability to work afternoon and weekend hours
• Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Reliable and punctual, with strong communication skills
