We ship anywhere in the U.S. for a flat rate of $5. If your cart value is $50 or more, shipping is on us! Orders are shipped within 3-5 business days from San Diego, CA.
  
S H I P P I N G  -  I N T E R N A T I O N A L
While we do not accept direct international orders at this time, we suggest creating an account with Shipito which enables international shoppers to ship items to a personalized US-based address which will then forward the package to the appropriate international destination. The shipping cost is up to 80% lower than traditional methods of international shipping which helps you save money and helps us keep things simple! And for full disclosure, we make a small referral fee for each new customer we refer to Shipito.
 
R E T U R N S  &  E X C H A N G E S
If for any reason you are unhappy with your order, please contact natalie@natalieborton.com and we'll get it all sorted out for you! Our return and exchange policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Personalized jewelry is final sale, but please contact us if you are unhappy with your order and we will do our best to resolve things. At this time we do not expect to offer returns or exchanges on international orders, but please contact us if you have issues and we will aim to resolve them on a case by case basis.

Returns
We believe in delighting our customers, so we are pleased to offer you a refund if you're dissatisfied with your item. Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Exchanges
If the item you received is defective or damaged, we are happy to exchange it - all you have to do is ship your product back and we will send you a replacement at no additional charge.

Return Shipping
If you'd like to return your product, email natalie@natalieborton.com. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
